Cindy Tilley
President and Founder
I grew up in foster care and understand how challenging it can be to stay on track. I founded this nonprofit to support youth aging out of foster care, especially those from difficult backgrounds or in need of assistance. Our mission is to provide a sense of belonging and guidance, whether it’s encouraging education, preparing for school, or helping with tasks like scheduling a haircut.
We help create or update resumes for career opportunities, ensuring that life’s basics are met. When a need arises, our foundation strives to provide solutions.
This nonprofit offers a remarkable opportunity for those we serve and others to make a positive, life-changing impact. Together, we support adolescents and beyond, paving the way for a brighter future.

Executive Director
One of the best days of my life was the day I learned how much of a blessing our children are to us. “The Art of Working With Children” was the very first class I took in college. I had the privilege and honor to work with 25-30 special needs children. Little did I know when choosing the class, they would bless me beyond words from the very first day to the last. It sent me down the pathway to working with children for life. Countless hours of psychology classes, hundreds of events supporting children, and becoming a volunteer Guardian ad Litem has got me to where I am today. I am every bit as passionate about helping people as I ever have been.
