1. To enter, correctly complete the official fundraiser ticket-purchase form on the Official Forgotten Angels Florida website. The purchase price is $10.00 per ticket, but larger contributions are encouraged (3 for $25  •  7 for $50  •  12 for $80). 2. Enter as often as you wish. You must be 18 years of age or older to enter. Every ticket purchaser will receive an email confirming their purchase. To pay by check and receive your fundraiser tickets by mail, send one stamped, self-addressed envelope per entry request to: Forgotten Angels, 3604 Little Stearns Rd, Valrico FL 33596. Include your name, phone number, and email address. A virtual ticket will be created for raffle-drawing purposes.
3. This fundraiser begins officially on July 4, 2025. All entries must be received prior to the drawing on December 24, 2025 to be eligible. Forgotten Angels and Joel Hansen assume no responsibility for lost, late, misdirected, damaged, illegible, or postage-due mail, or for printing or other errors.
4. The prize winner(s) will be selected in a random drawing, and all decisions are final. The drawing will be conducted and the winner(s) announced at Forgotten Angels on December 24, 2025. Odds of winning are determined by the total number of eligible entries received. Entry information becomes the property of Forgotten Angels and will not be returned or sold.
5. The potential winner(s) will be notified by telephone and/or email. Each must follow all directions and return any required affidavit of eligibility, release of liability, prize-acceptance form, or other documents within twenty-one (21) days of the correspondence date. Failure to comply may result in disqualification. Winners are responsible for ensuring the forms are received on time.
6. The grand prize consists of a VIP trip to one of the pre-chosen destinations listed below. (Winners may request other destinations, but Forgotten Angels and/or Joel Hansen reserve the right to refuse.) The winner must choose the destination by March 1, 2026, subject to Joel Hansen’s availability (if applicable).
7. Available destinations: London (England); Las Vegas (Nevada); Orlando (Florida); an all-inclusive vacation in Mexico; a cruise-ship package; a Texas BBQ tour; or Banff (Alberta, Canada).
8. Forgotten Angels reserves the right to extend delivery of the grand prize until March 31, 2026. Only one grand prize will be awarded (approximate value: $12,500 USD). The VIP trip includes flights (up to $200 per day, per person), accommodations, and possible complimentary meals, beverages, and excursions when included by the provider. It does not include transportation or costs to and from the airport before or after the trip. Forgotten Angels and/or Joel Hansen are not responsible for missed flights, cruises, or other unforeseen expenses.
9. The fundraiser is subject to all applicable laws and is void where prohibited. Entrants are solely responsible for complying with laws and regulations related to their travel, residence, visa status, or citizenship.
10. A minimum of 2,500 tickets must be sold for the drawing to occur. If this minimum is not met, Forgotten Angels Florida may extend the drawing date to a tentative November 25, 2025.
11. The winner(s) release(s) The Forgotten Angels Foundation and its officers, agents, and employees from any liability for loss, accident, or death associated with accepting the prize. Forgotten Angels and Joel Hansen make no warranty or guarantee regarding the prize.
12. The winner will be chosen live on December 24, 2025 via YouTube livestream and notified by phone the same day. For the winner’s name, visit www.Forgottenangelesflorida.org after notification. Blackout Dates: Dec 21 – Jan 5; Nov 24 – 30; Oct 10 – 14; Apr 3 – 5.
13. By entering the fundraiser, each participant agrees to abide by these rules. The Forgotten Angels Foundation reserves the right to amend, revise, or interpret the rules at its discretion.
14. Publicity Release: Winners may be asked to sign a release granting Forgotten Angels and/or Joel Hansen permission to use their name, likeness, and statements or photos in future advertising and marketing materials.
15. Organizers, officers, volunteers, board members, relatives, advisory-board members, Joel Hansen, and his immediate family are not eligible to enter.

NON_TRANSFERABLE:

The winning prize may not be redeemed for cash, assignable, transferable and may not be substituted except at the discretion of Forgotten Angels.

TRAVEL INSURANCE:

Raffle winners are responsible and required to purchase at their cost, travel insurance.

TRAVELERS AGE:

Travelers must be at least 16 years old prior to the departure date, “and” accompanied by a responsible adult of 21 years of age.

TRAVEL COMPANION:

If any of winner’s travel companion(s) is deemed a minor in his or her state of primary residence, Grand Prize winner or another travel companion must be minor travel companion’s parent or legal guardian and must execute the Travel Companion Liability & Publicity Release on the minor travel companion’s behalf, as applicable.

LEGAL STATUS:

The winner and their companion(s) must be legal to travel in the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom per your choice of travel destination. The winner and their companion(s) must complete and return a Travel Companion Liability & Publicity Release form prior to travel.

DISQUALIFYING BEHAVIOR:

In the event a winner or his/her travel companion(s) engages in behavior that, as determined by Forgotten Angels in its sole discretion, is obnoxious or threatening, illegal, that is intended to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person, or that in any way disparages or adversely affects the reputation, image, and/or customer goodwill or any supporters, products, trademarks, service marks, or logos, Forgotten Angels and/or Joel Hansen, reserves the right to terminate the trip early, in whole or in part, and send the winner and/or his/her travel companion(s) home with no further obligation or compensation whatsoever to winner and/or travel companion. In the event a winner engages in behavior during travel that (as determined by Forgotten Angels or Joel Hansen in its sole discretion) is illegal, tortious, or subjects winner to arrest or detention, Forgotten Angels or Joel Hansen shall have no obligation to pay any damages, fees, fines, judgements or other costs or expenses of any kind whatsoever incurred by winner as a result or such conduct.

DISPUTES:

The parties hereto each agree to finally settle all disputes only through arbitration; provided, however, the Released Parties shall be entitled to seek injunctive or equitable relief in the state and federal courts in Hillsborough County Florida and any other court with jurisdiction over the parties. In arbitration, there is no judge or jury and review is limited.

PRIVACY:

As a condition of entering the Sweepstakes, each entrant gives consent for Sponsor to obtain and deliver his or her name, address and other information to third parties, including Sweepstakes Administrator, for the purpose of administering this Sweepstakes and to comply with applicable laws, regulations and rules, including, without limitation, the storing of your personal information for purposes of complying with state record retention requirements. Any information entrant provides to Sponsor may be used to communicate with entrant in relation to this Sweepstakes or on a Sweepstakes winner’s list. HOLD HARMLESS:

The raffle winner shall defend and hold harmless Joel Hansen, Forgotten Angels, their officers, agents, employees, and members, from all claims, suits, actions, or liens of any nature resulting from or arising out of the activities of “the winner” or its companion(s) including any claim based upon an alleged failure to obtain any necessary permit, license, or approval. “The winner” is responsible for any and all legal documentation in advance of travel. They include but may not be limited to the following: A passport that is current for at least 6 months past your return dates, entry visa, national id cards, current driver's license, travel itinerary, birth certificate, copy of marriage license, temporary protective travel authorization, travel insurance or green card. Failure to obtain appropriate documentation based on travel destination is the sole responsibility of the travelers.
